Who is this for?


This educational course is for anyone that wants to understand good nutrition, and learn how to have a healthy balanced diet, forever! If you want to maintain your healthy weight, lose weight (body fat) or put weight on (increase lean muscle), then this is the course for you.

At your first session we will take measurements, weight and body composition and discuss your goals. This course includes a healthy eating plan with options for vegetarians and vegans, and includes a complete ‘clean eating’ approach, with advice on supplements and cooking methods.
