Stressful day? Wind down with this hi power aerobics session that packs a punch!

Boot Camp Aerobics:

Rewind (back to the 80's!!!) Bring out the lycra and leg warmers for a full blast from the past!  Basic Fun Hi NRG moves.  Move over Jane Fonda!

Cardio Combat Kick:

Guard up, shoulders relaxed - lets do it!!  A Hi NRG workout with a kick!

Let’s take this outside..... Outdoor session:

Challenging but fun, includes drills, running and conditioning.

Hi NRG Aerobics:

Aerobic routine with fab choreography - show us what you can do!!

AEROTONE:

This one is a game of two halves - first HiNRG aerobics and then drop to the floor for an intense conditioning session. All great all over body workout.

Trim it & Tone it:

Functional work out aimed to lengthen and tone your muscles , all over body work out that uses interval training as a fat burning mechanism.  The key to this session is heart rate up, and heart rate down.

Boot Camp Bollywood style:

Jai Ho!!!   You'll be singing all the way home!  A great fat burning session that really works the waist and arms.  Get ready to wiggle!

Salsa Sizzle:

Get those hips moving and your core switched on for a great Latino conditioning session that’s fat burning and fun. 

Power Yoga:

Let’s give our muscles a hard earned treat!  8 Hatha Yoga moves to stretch and relax leading into an aerobic work out!!

Boot Camp Blast Latino Style:

Shake, shake shake senora!!! Salsa workout to great Latino tunes!!

Line Dancing:

Yee Hah!! Fun session with a country feel, very cheeky fat burner.

Rock N Roll style aerobics:

Shake, Rattle ‘N’ Roll, let’s twist and shout and shake off any excess fat!

Cheerleading:

Pom Poms at the ready – you’ll feel like you are 16 again!

Burlesque Dance Workout:

This is a great new way to keep fit. Reveal your sensual side through the old art of seduction, work on your fitness and feel fabulous!  Posing is everything!!!

CONDITIONING:

6 Pack Ab Attack:

The music will get you through it - abs abs and more abs!!!

Abs-o-glutely-flab-u-less:

Interval training combined with a fantastic deep core work out focusing on increasing core strength and working deep into the abdominals.

Body sculpt Resistance Band Workout:

Resistance bands are a great aid to exercising muscles putting no pressure at all on the joints.  The bands lengthen muscles and make them appear toned.  No muscle will go untouched with this great workout!
