Outdoor Boot Camp

OutdoorXtremeOutdoor Boot Camp is a FREE OF CHARGE high intensity interval training session that will improve your strength, increase your body’s fat-burning capability and greatly increase your cardiovascular fitness.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, from beginner to the hardcore exerciser and is available to all who are currently booked onto a boot camp course, or are a regular to class.
