Get your system moving with our early morning HIIT session, suitable for ALL levels of fitness, we’ll blast away body-fat, wake you up and get you ready to take on the day ahead!
Sessions will be ‘back to basics’ with drills, shuttle runs and high intensity interval training – we know it’s early and you really don’t want to think about anything complicated at that time in the morning! So we’ll keep it simple……but tough!
