Our sessions incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for maximum fat-burning with a fantastic selection of back to basics and ‘themed’ aerobic and conditioning exercise sessions for improved cardiovascular fitness and improved strength. BLAST away fat, lengthen and tone your muscles, lose inches, feel GREAT and have LOADS of FUN too!
