Our sessions incorporate high-intensity interval training (HIIT) for maximum fat-burning plus circuits, kettlebells & boxing PLUS a fantastic selection of back to basics & ‘themed’ aerobic & conditioning exercise sessions for improved cardiovascular fitness, improved strength & FUN whilst you BLAST away fat, lengthen & tone your muscles, lose inches & feel GREAT!
Our sessions are suitable for ALL including beginners, our instructors are experienced in Personal Training, Level 3 Pilates & Sports Massage as well as Group Fitness Dance & Circuit Professionals so you are definitely in good hands. You’ll benefit from ongoing instructor & nutritional support PLUS 1-2-1 advice – we WILL look after you on your fitness journey!
